Shipping & delivery

We ship to all 50 US states. We don’t ship outside the United States at the moment.

Shipping cost

• Orders over $49: free standard shipping
• Orders under $49: $4.99 standard shipping

How long it takes

• Processing: 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after they ship

Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas can take a few days longer. Delivery times can also be longer around holidays, so for Christmas gifts please order by early December.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order on our Track your order page.

Orders with more than one item

Items can ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package. You’ll get tracking for each one.

Cash App and bank transfer orders

If you pay by Cash App or bank transfer, we start processing your order as soon as your payment arrives. Please include your order number with your payment so we can match it quickly.

Late or missing packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, email support@thepetaffairs.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
