By using thepetaffairs.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

When you place an order, you’ll get an email confirming we received it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown incorrectly, or we can’t confirm payment. If we cancel, we refund anything you’ve paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For Cash App and bank transfer orders, we start processing your order after your payment arrives. If we don’t receive payment within 7 days, we may cancel the order.

Using our products safely

Please follow the product instructions, choose the right size for your pet, and supervise your pet with toys and chews. No toy is indestructible. Stop using any product that is damaged.

Product information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors and sizes can vary slightly.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
