How long does delivery take?

We prepare orders in 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive within 7 to 15 business days after shipping. See Shipping & delivery for details.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on US orders over $49. Orders under $49 have a $4.99 shipping fee.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We only ship to addresses in the United States.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our Track your order page.

How can I pay?

You can see the payment methods we accept at checkout. If you pay by Cash App or bank transfer, the payment details are shown when you choose that option, and again after you place your order.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your pet’s neck or chest with a soft tape measure and compare it with the size chart on the product page. If your pet is between two sizes, pick the bigger one. Still not sure? Email us and we’ll help.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & refunds.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can change or cancel it.
